With the 2009 recruiting class almost wrapped up as players can sign their letters of intent with their choice of schools starting Wednesday the 4th coaches are scrambling to fill their classes or find their last big get. While Oregon was primarly focusing on Tajh Boyd from Virginia there was also another quarterback the Ducks were after. His name is A.J. Graham out of Godby High School in Tallahassee, FL.
“I’ve been hearing from Oregon quiet a bit the last few weeks. They were really becoming a school getting involved with me,” says Graham who currently has offers from Kansas State and Marshall.
Graham was recently voted the Dairy Farmers Mr. Football Player Of The Year in Florida this past week and has started to pick up interest from schools from all over who want the 6′4 190 pound senior QB who threw for 3800 yards and 38 touchdowns while adding 500 yards rushing and 10 more touchdowns from the ground.
So is Oregon the clear favorite for Graham?
“Well Oregon has actually stopped calling me. I don’t know why, I’ve even tried to call them a few times to see what is going on as they are actually the school I liked the most. They were my favorite until they stopped showing interest, but that’s ok, I’ve got other options,” says Graham.
Graham informed Ducks Attack he won’t wait to hear from other schools and will pick his choice of schools on National Signing Day and send in his letter of intent. He has now plans of waiting for other schools.

Bit strange, but hopefully things work out for AJ in a positive manner even if that means not coming to Oregon. Sounds like he has some ability.
