Oregon’s recruiting has been very strong the last few season, and Altman and company show no signs of decline as they land two 4-star commits in Victor Bailey and Abu Kigab this week. The 6’7″ 200-pound SF Kigab narrowed it down to Illinois and Oregon earlier this week before officially committing to the Ducks today.
Kigab, who is regarded as a top 150 recruit by all three major recruit services, also had offers from Baylor, California, Kansas, Ohio State, Villanova, Tennessee, USC, UCLA, and others. Building a friendship with Dillon Brooks during his time playing for the Canada U-18 national team was another bonus for Kigab.
