Those look a whole lot better than the previous version. Looks more like carbon fiber instead of wicker.

Totally cool & badass. Not that I'm a hellacious LaCrosse fan, but nice to see the benefits of the Nike relationship roll out to other sports besides just football. I enjoy following them on twitter as those dudes take major hits without the pad protection.
