Mike Leach visits/supports Cambodian Dictator

Post by GrantDuck »

Not a good look for a head coach who was accused of locking his players in sheds.

This is starting to get coverage here in Seattle. Leach took a trip to visit a dictator and support him in Cambodia. Goes along with why he got dismissed from Tech, not a good dude or a good look for a public university.

This was a visit in May by WA state legislators (he's apparently friends with one of the senators who put this trip together and paid his own way) looking at educational and economic opportunities for those in Cambodia and Taiwan in the state of WA. This was written about by a few news outlets and only one brought up anything remotely questionable. Seems like much about nothing, especially for something that occurred a few months back.
