There have been multiple incidents, other than the sexual encounter, that could, or should have, resulted in a "Code of Conduct" hearing. It's obvious there was no interest in doing anything other than de-fogging the air long enough to get to the 'ship.
Nothing else matters, to some folks.

It was always a "he said/she said" issue. Jameis was never going to get in trouble for this, as messed up as that is. However, the title IX investigation against FSU and DOJ investigation into the TPD handling of this case (among others) could yield some serious results.

Yea, Florida State University concluded their internal investigation by finding their star quarterback did NOTHING wrong. Not a real shock there.
