Fuskies QB quits program day after being named #2

Zero patience I guess? Now they have nothing backing up their Georgia transfer.

Their roster still shows the #6 rated pro style 4* Jacob Sirmon, a 6'5" 235 lb redshirt freshman and 4* Dylan Morris a true freshman ranked by 247 as the #4 pro style QB.

Sirmon, who is Peter’s nephew, was in the transfer portal before he changed his mind.

Morris was our top QB offer for last year, but his senior year was awful compared to Millen.

This is good news though, if Eason has another injury then Washington is in trouble. Then again, so are we if Herbs gets hurt. Word is that Haener was pissed, because he thought he won the job and outplayed Eason but they gave the job to the big name.

Bigger, stronger dude won out, that was a local 5-star player. Haener had maybe one other Pac12 offer.

Happens all the time in college programs, Ducks lost a few a couple of years ago or more, Wilson and that group, Bennett left when he didn't get the starting job.

I know it still sucks (when it’s us) but you would think that most power 5 programs would have adjusted there recruiting strategy or are working on it with as often as this is happening now. It’s pretty much like free agency in the NFL IMHO. Kind of how Alabama has had to adjust to 3-4 early entries every year to the NFL draft.

Still there isn’t a position that hurts the most when a QB transfers.
