Early on in Oregons coaching search i was on the boat with Fleck. But the more
i researched i am glad he wasnt hired here. I really doubt his style would fit here.
And i am not sure he could have hired the coaches that Willie is putting together.
I think they got the right guy and the right fit in Willie.

X2, at this stage of the early game I couldn't be happier with Willie. I'm really looking forward to spring practice and seeing some of the interviews from new coaches.

Time will tell for each. Whereas I see Oregon as a last stop for a college coach, Minnesota should test the mettle of Fleck and determine where his ceiling might be. The Gopher players will probably like this hire at least.
