So, this season has been predictably awful. 38-53 and last in the West, 25-51 since that fluky 13-2 start. Honestly, the most exciting thing about the Mariners right now is following some of the young kids in the minors, but the few big league positives:

Vogelbach was our All Star pick. 20 HRs, 60 BB, and .383 OBP lead the team.

Domingo Santana (.281/18/63) has been the solid everyday corner outfielder the team was hoping it got in the Gamel trade.

JP Crawford, the centerpiece of Seattle's return in the Segura trade, has been OK since his call up. I think he was ranked as high as the #4 overall prospect in baseball prior to the 2017 season but his offensive production dipped in 2017 and his call-up in Philadelphia did not go well in 2018. But, so far, so good here.
