What's a Ute? The team that will attempt to prevent OSU from a winning streak for the first time in a long time. Everybody is for the Utes in the predictions.

I'm not sure what you're referencing. I see a typo about OSU's winning streak, but that's been fixed. If I missed a recent Beavers winning streak, I stand corrected, same with perhaps missing a pick for OSU in the Predictions, and of course as gogreen referenced, much respect to Fred Gwynne, Joe Peschi and the entire cast of, "My Cousin Vinnie"

A sport Ute is a follower of Utah athletics... ?

The Ute indian tribe is the reason my maternal grandfather survived a cholera outbreak that pretty much wiped out the immigrant wagon train his family was traveling on, at the age of 8.

My stepfather played defensive line for the Beavers... Guess I'll "Root for the Ute."

I definitely wasn't looking for an apology.

My grandfather was rescued (sole survivor) by members of the tribe, but my family certainly hasn't maintained any sort of relationship with them.
