Not head coach related, but some of the Texas articles mentioned a mutiny if one of their assistants wasn't fired and this turned up.

According to Hythloday, Harrell's air raid was not nearly as potent as the one that Leach was running. Leach had a lot more layers to his version whereas Harrell just had simple routes that didn't build on each other throughout games.

Yep, USC's air raid was mostly throwing 50/50 balls.

It is a little hard to tell from his bio but it seems he only has about five years of actual on field coaching experience. I think it is a stretch to believe he is already HC material.

I don't even want to think about what Leach could do with USC's receivers. I do take comfort in the idea that he would likely be a terrible fit in L.A. though.
