Has to be. Con- Fickell is clearly really good and Notre Dame likely won't be going away anytime soon. Pro- Fickell doesn't recruit the west coast like Kelly does, and Kelly won't be at a school any longer that plays two California school every season.

Looks like Kelly to LSU is nearly done. Seems strange to do this when ND could potentially be a playoff team should certain things happen this weekend. This has been a crazy coaching carousel with so many blue-blood jobs coming open (USC, OU, LSU, ND, and Florida) in one season.
