The Bucks are always active and with a lot of teams. So while I see where people are coming from I think too much is being made of there being multiple deals between the two.

I think it needs to be revised. McLemore's deal is bad.

If he can’t even make a trade after justifying it himself to the commish then what else is he supposed to do? Sit around and wait for everyone else’s approval? We don’t know his long term plan nor does he need to explain it to everyone publically. McLemore is far from the worst contract I’ve seen around the league.
He'd be better off just letting Klay come off the books and save his MLE lol.

My only question is what do the Heat get out of this? The biggest thing they lose is a trade chip.

Little weird to me that he couldn't at least get Obiagu so he had a real young talent coming back. However I generally think that as long as it doesn't completely destroy the roster long term teams should be able to make their own trade mistakes.

In a few years though McLemore and kanter fill up the salary cap alone. I think that long term it definitely hamstrings his cap and thus his flexibility
