Oh snap. I thought his best was a 13.16. 13.03 is incredible.

The lack of clean runs is what did him in. He admitted that in his first race he was kind of amped on adrenaline and would work to get that down in later races, but it looked like he never did calm his nerves down to a more balanced level. I guess you can't really fault him for being that way, considering it was his first major international competition.
