Stoops would tell you that is just Duck propaganda, you all don't play in the Big 12 which is much tougher from top to bottom and clearly Oklahoma is the better program since it competes in a more balanced conference.

That would sound bout right from cry baby Stoops. They have a conference that has 4 teams of 10 that might compete in Kansas State, Ok State, Oklahoma, and Texas oh wait I forgot 5... TCU. In the Pac 12 have at least 6 or 7 maybe even 8. I would expect nothing less from Stoops.
