Re: Assistant Coaches?
So two SEC teams are interested in a Pac-12 DC?
Hmmmm.... don't read that too often.

Re: Assistant Coaches?
Leavitt has made it clear he wants to be a HC. By hiring Cristobal Oregon has made it clear that he won't be a HC here. If he can go somewhere in hopes of becoming a HC at that school in a few years I think it would be short sighted, but I don't blame him.Phenom wrote:If Leavitt leaves for a non-HC job...I won't be happy with him.
That said, I hope he stays!!

They were hit and miss. To start the year they gave up more big plays than any other team in the country. They were getting torched. The second half of the year they were near the top in tackle for loss.

Re: Assistant Coaches?
I understand Bennett was the DC, but I think that was more Todd Graham. They had always been boom or bust during his tenure at ASU. He loved to hit the blitz button, almost as much as he loved his britney spears coaching headsetlukeyrid13 wrote:They were hit and miss. So how long before we start to hear assistant coach announcements? I'd guess we might have some as early as tonight about who is staying vs. going with Willie?

I still think Pimp and Woodie are gone. FSU hired the Beavers RB coach but will have him coach TE's so we should assume that Pimpleton is gone.
