So the starters are Throckmorton-Lemieux-Hanson-Warmack-Aiello. Capra is the 1st Guard off the bench and the next Tackle off the bench would either be George Moore or Steven Jones based on a comment MC made.

A detailed piece on ankle sprains and an optimistic projection on his return. The author is a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Definitely could be correct, because penei came back in, and was later standing without crutches. So he either had a shot or it's not a severe sprain.

But looking at peneis legs, he could definitely use more hip and leg muscle mass. Maybe it's worth it to take until next year and blast his hips and legs for 6 months post recovery.

Isn't that pretty much what Slocum down the street does is foot and ankle injuries?
