Did he say if it was good or bad? "Huge" leaves a lot to think about.

Is it related to a player or a coach?

From a couple of the Oregon coaches and Oregon Football/Gridiron's Twitter accounts, it looks like the coaching staff is hosting at least 30 of the top HS FB coaches from around the country as part of the Nike Elite Coaches Summit. Some of the programs include Mater Dei HS, St. John Bosco HS, Long Beach Poly HS and Massillon HS.

If Oregon starts winning on the field, we might end up being the top go to spot for cali recruits.

This seems to actually be a common thing for many top programs as it allows the coaches to impart their knowledge of the game to these coaches while also helping inform the coaches about the program, which can then possibly help with potential recruits at these schools who are considering Oregon in the future.

This is pretty awesome, and a shrewd move to get all these coaches up here.

Bosco, Mater Dei, DeSoto, LB Poly. Coaches from Ohio and Pennsylvania. That's an impressive list.

I love the way Cristobal, Bartow, and now Kenny Sanders, are not half-assing anything. Building connections and setting up future recruiting.

Do all of these coaches pay for their own transportation to campus? Or can schools pay for their flights in the same way they can pay for the transportation of recruits on an official visit?

Only a guess, but I see no recruiting violation here by paying for the coaches trip for a meet and greet. I love what Cristobal and staff are doing for the Duck program. Now some of the best high school coaches in America can see the facilities included the athletes academic center and it's perks. 100% on Cristobal's bandwagon!

Uncle Phil gave the previous staffs the tools, they failed to showcase them. Cristobal is marketing the UO like his life depends on it. That's the difference.
