What will happen to recruiting if?

The ducks have a season

1. Barely make a bowl game
2. Win the North and make an average bowl
3. Win the North/Champ. and make a New Year's day bowl
4. Make the playoff.

1. We lose several upper players and finish in the top 3 of the Pac 12
2. We have at least two stars flip at the last minute.
3. We flip one 4-5 player from somewhere else
4. We get at least two 5 star recruits and possibly 3 in addition to our current level of class.

I think that if we have subpar season then the negative recruiting will be out in full force. Washington is already negative recruiting us to the MAX saying our coaches are all glamour while they get results.

It will have a huge impact on the 2021 class. Mario needs at least nine wins, or the perception will be what our enemies say it is.

But... if we win the conference then it will be curtains for the rest of the conference for the near future.

As long as we win 8 games, we'll be fine.

I think we go 9-3 or maybe 10-2. If less than that then we will lose recruits. I think we lose against Auburn.. UW and USC. UW and USC I could see us winning but they are all 3 on the road. Oregon has not figured out how to win on the road.

USC has a tough schedule and something like 71 players on scholarship; there is every chance that they suck by the time we play them.
