I can’t tell, are you being serious or sarcastic…something I have been saying to Miami fans, thanks for the $9M…remember Bo returns and no refunds. Same things for Akron…kinda…no returns.

Not overly serious, but it was nice to see flashes of a real offense there in the second half.

Also, not too jazzed about our incoming OC. On paper, I’d choose Moorhead, freed from CMC prison, over whatshisname every time.

I know people love to hate Brown but I’ve said for the second half of the season the issue was marIo, even started a poll about it.

After what Mario did to Herbert and seeing Brown making throws this half he hasn’t made all season, I don’t see how it could be anything other than Mario hurting QB’s. Brown is not amazing by any means but he was Mario’s scapegoat, if Brown had a real coach I wonder what could’ve been.

Brown repeatedly missed the deep shots. You can’t blame Mario for the guy’s accuracy being a bit better in one game. Credit to him that he hit his shots this game, but you can’t blame a head coach for the same guy missing those deep balls all season.

Oregon had every reason to roll over after halftime but they've continued to fight even while being undermanned. Have to imagine Lanning likes that in this team.

This is my takeaway, as well as the need for Cornerbacks.

Thornton, Franklin and Hutson all had TDs so there is something to feel hopeful about on offense.

Brown has had 3 deep ball touchdowns in one half, not going to anoint him as a good QB but this is proof to me Mario and the coaching staff was to blame, not him.

So to be honest I didn't even watch the first half. I turned it on in time to see a miracle. AB hits a bomb for a score!!! Then I realized the Okies were playing their second string. Can't blame them. Stoops is smart enough to let young guys play when the outcome is obvious. Mario,

Anyway good effort by the guys, they didn't give up and played hard.

Got to give it up for JPJ. I focused on him at times during the game. Kid wasn’t stellar, but man, he was giving it all he had. Played pretty well for someone moving from OL to DL the week of a bowl game. RESPECT.

I know Dilly was working with the team leading up to the game, and was at the game. Not sure if he had much input, but his style is to get the WR the ball. He coached a 1000 yard receiver every year, and had some really good ones at ASU.

I don’t think they played anyone who wasn’t also playing in the first half. They also had opt outs, but we literally had to play an OL,TE and 2 walk one in the front 7. And they obviously got manhandled like you would expect.
