How high do the Ducks go?
Was the 42 point win over beavis enough to push the Ducks into the top 10? They're as hot as any team in America right now.

Maybe in the coaches' poll since they were 11th. Not sure if they'll move enough in the AP poll, where they were 13th.OregonDonor wrote:Was the 42 point win over beavis enough to push the Ducks into the top 10? They're as hot as any team in America right now.

No.1 Baylor(16-1) lost by 20, No.7 Duke(14-4) lost twice, No.9 Florida St(16-2) lost, No.12 Butler (15-3) lost. No.4 UCLA barely beat Utah 83-82, and we already beat them.greenyellow wrote:Maybe in the coaches' poll since they were 11th. I know it probably won't happen, but Oregon has the resume to be a top 5 team right now, and certainly a top 10 team. They've won 14 in a row and are demolishing their opponents. Too bad it took them so long to get it together but it'll all take care of itself if they continue to get better.

I wouldn't want to play Oregon right now. Our defense is insane.

This isn't football, so I don't really worry about rankings as much. Just win, and the rest takes care of itself.

Ducks move up to No.10 in the Coaches Poll. UCLA is No.3 and Arizona is No.13.

I think we should be ahead of UNC but everything else looks okay. Just keep winning!

Butler getting their butts kicked at the half, vs Marquette.

As long as we can earn a 2 seed or higher, I'm not that worried right now. The guards seem to be getting more and more used to playing in rhythm together and as long as we stay healthy, we can match up with anybody. Then it will come to guys having break out performances so we don't get Buddy'd by one guy but instead do it to our opponents.

Pritchard is coming into his own. We're going to need him.

I guess they just have to keep winning, and win the conference and Pac-12 tournament.

Re: How high do the Ducks go?
Very good position for the Ducks. Also, every game left on the Ducks schedule, except for our last game against the Beavers, is against a top 100 RPI opponent.OregonDonor wrote:Ducks move up to No.10 in the Coaches Poll. UCLA is No.3 and Arizona is No.13.

If Oregon finishes with 5 or 6 losses, they'll be a top 20 RPI team still.
