He has great skills but man there is almost zero defense played against him.

This is what ESPN says about Bailey

Updated 01/23/2017

Strengths:
Bailey is an athletic lefty shooting guard that can hit the jumper from the mid range and from behind the arc off the catch and with a couple rhythm dribbles. He excels on the break by running the floor and in the halfcourt he likes to use the crossover and spin move to get to the basket. Bailey is a capable defender of both guard positions given his athleticism.

Weaknesses:
Bailey is still building his game. He will need to continue to work to make his jumper from behind the arc more consistent and keep honing his ball handling and passing skills. But make no mistake about it Bailey's game is heading the right direction.

Bottom Line:
Bailey is an athletic wing guard that can score. He is a terrific athlete and can make plays off the bounce as well. Bailey has all the talent and tools to be a high major shooting guard.

I really like Bailey. He reminds me of Westbrook a bit with his incredible athleticism and ability to get to the hoop.

His game has progressed quite a bit in the last year as he's improved his jump shot and learned how to play the game rather than only relying on his athletic ability. With Altman's coaching he could be something special.

lowest rated by which service? 247 and ESPN have him as our 2nd best commit, with Kigab being our lowest.

I don't get the 247 composite ranking, Kibab is 4* everywhere but on the weird composite.
