Re: SI back at with KBW Story
Brenda is back on her BS too.. she thinks Altman is the worst human. Doubt she has ever actually talked to him.
"Imagine all of the rape and domestic violence cases tied to his program that we DON’T know about." This is an unreal accusation if you actually think about it.

Fact is, we have to hold people accountable.

The question though, is who? It’s a real bad look for Altman that’s for sure but there are numerous other in the administration it seems that failed to follow protocol. I assume you’ll see some administrator fall on the sword with a nice NDA and hefty settlement just to take the heat off Altman.Phenom wrote:Fact is, we have to hold people accountable.

Really only the optics of playing KBW and withholding how much he knew look bad. Unless there's more to drop, it's not like Altman actively impeded an open investigation.

Re: SI back at with KBW Story
For that matter, was KBW ever even charged?
Not saying the incident never occurred, but without actual charges being filed by the DA, it's pure innuendo and speculation.
Follow the rules, and handle due diligence in the proper manner, and this is a non_issue.
Edit: Answered my own question...

A lot of sensational assumptions in the SI "reports", as well as the comments by Ms. Tracy, eh?

Re: SI back at with KBW Story
I really don't like what Brenda Tracy said about Altman's program:
To assert that sexual assault is widespread amongst Oregon basketball players is completely ridiculous. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is absolutely no evidence of this. I wish Brenda Tracy would not use alarmism in her fight against sexual assault.Imagine all of the rape and domestic violence cases tied to his program that we DON’T know about.

Re: SI back at with KBW Story
For the most part, she's doing good with going around talking about rape and sexual assault but I do think she goes a tad overboard with all the baseless accusations and generalizations she makes.

Advocacy for punishment without process and being quoted multiple times in the articles.Phenom wrote:How is any of this her fault?
