Same, sounds like the Altman effect might have started late this year but is still in the cards.

All I gotta say is "12 tribes, no casinos! Roman Sorkin, Israel!" Bill Walton.

Actually thought the officiating was fine except for the last 3 minutes where EVERY contact was a foul on Oregon. Obnoxious. The one where Holder chucked himself into the chest of a defender was particularly awful.

we have a major uphill battle to the tournament, so i don't mean to spread false hope, but sometimes altman's big rebuilding projects do take extra time -- this season reminds me a bit of 2014, the mike moser year. we actually shot out of the gates really well (13-0) but then had it all fall apart once conference play started, starting 1-5 and ultimately 3-8 before winning our final seven regular season games. we looked dead in the water in january, and i specifically remember a particularly awful mid-january loss to oregon state that seemed like altman had lost the team.

again not saying we'll make the tourney, i would lean no at this point, but we could still bounce back, rack up another 20 win season, make the nit and show vast improvement over the next two months, building towards 2018-19.

I really don't understand why people have been assuming 20 wins is out of reach. No one on the team has really played their best ball yet! Of course they have struggled a bit...wasn't that part of the expectation this year? Just keep rooting and watch how far this team will grow and go...
Stewart Mandel-"From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I much prefer to watch a good spread-rushing offense over a traditional Power-I offense, and Oregon's has been the most fun by far for the past several years. It's fast, its precise, and when Chip Kelly has the right quarterback (Dixon, Masoli) at the helm, the possibility of someone ripping off a 60-yard run exists on nearly every play."
