Adidas exec claiming a bunch of dirt on Nike schools. We will see what evidence he has.

The fact that Oregon supposedly offered money also doesn't make him any less guilty, it just drags others into the mud.

The unfortunate side of this is that, as we saw with Arizona, even if allegations are completely false, it can still affect your program.

If Oregon is guilty, they deserve the penalty coming to them.

Yikes. Hopeful it's just the guy trying to slime others but still not good press for the program.

Noooooooooo!

Amazing the path of destruction Bowen has left behind him. If this is true, he has basicallymessed up three, possibly four college programs now.

Bowen's dad is a federal witness. IF any heat is coming in our direction, my guess is it's from his testimony. It seems like Addidas is also trying to take down as many Nike programs as they can.

I kinda want to call BS on this. Seems if there was evidence of Oregon offering $, it would have come out in the FBI investigation. At least I would hope it would.

You're casting the blame in a very interesting direction. Not at the billion dollar shoe companies, or the multi-million dollar athletic departments, but at the 18 yr old having money thrown at him.

Yikes, would be stinky. Especially with the momentum this program has right now.

My general understanding is that they've been unable to proceed on the Bowen stuff because of unreliable sources and an investigator. I certainly hope this isn't true.

Yeah...you are right. My first instinct is to stick up for my school. That being said, both parties should know right from wrong and just because you have money thrown at you, it doesn't make it okay. Equal parts guilty.

If it doesn't get resolved quickly, it won't matter if it is true or not, the damage will be done. Oregon needs to take an immediate hard line stance on this like Arizona and Miller did if there is any chance that the allegations are false.

Guilty until proven innocent (and then still tarnished if innocent) society we now live in. We should all be scarred. It doesn’t even take proof now just accusations!

Isn't Miller still the head coach?
