Looking much more forward to watching this game than the men's game.

And so it begins...if the ladies can consistently play tough defense which fuels their running game, they can make the final four. Go Ducks!

Oregon wins 84-71 behind 28 points from Erin Boley, who went 8-12 on threes.

Not exactly a masterpiece, but the Ducks finally put it away when it mattered the most. It was nice to see Sabally playing so hard right from the beginning. She struggled with her outside shot to start (as did everyone but Boley), and had a couple of pathetic drives to the hoop, but she played with the type of energy, effort and toughness the Ducks need out of her. Hopefully she can continue to play with that type of effort on a consistent basis in conference play.

Exciting to see Erin go off pretty handily.
I'm curious to see how this team does without a true big body bruising center.
