It this when the late season surge finally starts?
Stewart Mandel-"From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I much prefer to watch a good spread-rushing offense over a traditional Power-I offense, and Oregon's has been the most fun by far for the past several years. It's fast, its precise, and when Chip Kelly has the right quarterback (Dixon, Masoli) at the helm, the possibility of someone ripping off a 60-yard run exists on nearly every play."

This could get ugly real fast if King can't go. We might be lucky to score 50.

In front of a sparse USC crowd, the Trojans, on a 9-0 run at the end of the half lead, 30-25. Ducks shooting 31% from the field, White leads with 7 points.

I hate to say it but this team looks disorganized and disinterested, they look like a poorly coached team. I'm doubting any top recruit will want to come play for this team next year.

I gave up on this team after that civil war "performance".

The coaching staff has some serious work to do in the offseason. The offensive development has just not been what it needs to be.

Yes, losing Bol hurt a lot, but it shouldn't be THIS bad.

Pritchard's line tonight: 2-10 shooting, 5 points, 1 rebound, zero assists. Woof, woof, woof.

Agreed, fans are way to slow to blame Altman and this coaching staff for really dropping the ball for two straight seasons. This is a horrendous way to follow up a Final Four run. That felt like so long ago and it doesn't feel like this program is anywhere close to another Final Four run, feels like they're headed in the wrong direction and while I'm not saying fire Altman, Mullens should put a little pressure on him. Ticket sales aren't there and it's understandable why with how horrible this team is. Sure the players have sucked but the lack of player development and a cohesive offense points to poor coaching the last two seasons.

The team just has no upperclass leadership and/or development. Too much of the team is too young and/or undeveloped. I get losing nearly the entire Final Four team in one off-season was tough, but Altman and his staff have done a poor job at constructing rosters since that don't look like a bunch of odds and ends stuck together at the last minute.

There's no realistic chance Altman's job is in any jeopardy, but might he be on the hot seat next year? Or at least the warm seat? I don't know whether the AD would tolerate a third straight down year.
