Other Pac-12 Tourney Games

Post by greenyellow »

USC beats Arizona 78-65. Not a good showing from the Wildcats and likely takes away any possibility of any large crowds at this year's tournament. Think this could be another nail in the coffin for Sean Miller.

 love it...
Stewart Mandel-"From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I much prefer to watch a good spread-rushing offense over a traditional Power-I offense, and Oregon's has been the most fun by far for the past several years. It's fast, its precise, and when Chip Kelly has the right quarterback (Dixon, Masoli) at the helm, the possibility of someone ripping off a 60-yard run exists on nearly every play."

He played almost 30 mpg, and had a solid freshman year. Still might have been smarter to go to UA and get more playing time.

Plus it's not like our team had a very good year either.

True, and not even saying he should've gone to Oregon, but if you want to compete and be on a team that'll have a deep postseason run, Arizona was not the place. Besides, Oregon totally would've been a better choice back before anyone knew Bol Bol would be out for the season. Williams at PG with Bol at C would be a deadly combo.

Rooting for all the higher #'d seeds to win after today. If we're able to make it to the semis/finals, it will help to have other teams playing their 3rd and 4th games in as many days as well.

Washington barely survives against USC 78-75, which featured a combined 24 made three-pointers.

Also, right now, OSU is getting blasted by 20 points in the first half by Colorado.

Whoever wins (Probably the Buffs) is going to beat Washington tomorrow....

By the way the Thybuill steal and dunk at the end of regulation...... Props!!!!
