OT:Beaver fans appalled Sabrina/Ruthie over Pivec 4 an award

If anyone has seen Benny'sHouse message board recently, there has been some intense discussions about outraged they are Sabrina and Ruthie are finalists over pivec on the Lowe's Senior Class Award.
To the point they trash both players' characters outside the court... really classy beavs

Looks like all the whining from the Beavers' coach and fans has paid off (to be honest, they had a legitimate complaint). The selection committee reversed course and decided to add Pivec to the list of finalists.

Pivec also currently leads with 38.2% of the vote on the website, which counts for 1/3 of the total. The website allows unlimited voting, and Beavis Nation is foaming at the mouth on the message boards, with people literally voting hundreds of times while at work. The next closest is a Belmont player with 13.5%.

Nothing symbolizes Beavis Nation more than this; at the end, Pivec will end up "winning". But the process devalues the accomplishment due to the unlimited voting

Finally got around to looking at this award and it is not a best player award. Pivec scores really well on all 4 categories especially the 3 non basketball playing ones.
She's had a great career on and off the court and her team is going through a down year by their standards so I don't begrudge her this award at all with or without the unlimited voting.
If Beaver fans are pointing out that Pivec's community resume is better, that is one of the criteria of the award. If they are attacking the character of the other women they are being arseholes.

To update this, Sabrina won the CLASS award, despite the "stuffing the ballot box" measures employed by Beavis Nation.
