Doesn't look like he'd be eligible right away without some type of waiver, similar to Figueroa.

Oregon made Stanley's final cut but he also included Hampton in there for some reason. So maybe he's thinking if he doesn't get the waiver he'll just withdraw from the portal? Anyway. Most fans seem to think Maryland is his most likely destination. We'll see.
