37-26 Ducks at half. Shooting poorly and getting out rebounded. Good thing hussies are shooting even more poorly than us. I’d yank Bokey if she clangs another one as she is either hit or cold, and nothing in between. Right now she ice cold. Gotta get on the glass cleanup ladies.

Defense allows Oregon to roll even on their worse shooting night of the year for a solid but ugly win.
Prince is not starting and grimaces when running up and down the court.
Ice cold shooting from Boley, Mikesell (even 2 air balls on 3s) and Paopao had her first off game.
Parrish becomes the 5th different duck to lead the team in scoring in 6 games.
Dugalic is a sure thing to be in the rotation now when and if Graves cuts it down to 9. Her all around game is consistent whether her outside sot is there or not.

You consistently rag on Boley...it is kind of old. All the players have subpar games but you only rag on one player? What is the deal?nogerO wrote:37-26 Ducks at half. Stewart Mandel-"From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I much prefer to watch a good spread-rushing offense over a traditional Power-I offense, and Oregon's has been the most fun by far for the past several years. It's fast, its precise, and when Chip Kelly has the right quarterback (Dixon, Masoli) at the helm, the possibility of someone ripping off a 60-yard run exists on nearly every play."

Great to see Parrish break out. The team defense continues to impress.

The depth on this team is insane and it is young. PaoPao, Dugalic, and Parish have shown why they were top recruits. And Scherr plays great defense. They're only going to get better with experience and will have to to compete with Stanford. They are on a par with UA and better than the rest.rockthief wrote:I had no idea these ladies would be so good this year. Yay! I will enjoy the highlights on youtube.

If Prince can get up to 80-85% after all her ailments and if the team as a whole (as is customary with the great coaching we have) can mature just before the playoffs, it's possible we and Stanford could both reach the FF. I'm counting this season as a big fat asterisk anyway, so what really matters is next year, and we WILL be in the FF.
