They all could if they want to, right? Or was that just the case with football?

I could see everyone but Duarte returning (except transfers). There’s nobody besides Duarte that’s anywhere near close to ready for the NBA, maybe Omoruyi but he would benefit from returning.

Omoruyi’s gonna make money overseas. His emotions at the end tell us he’s gone. I’d love to be wrong. He comes back next year and this is his team.

I think we’ll get Richardson, Kepnang, Terry,.... and then who knows.

Maybe’s:
-Williams (could go pro overseas)
-Hardy (same)
-Figeuroa (same)
-Lawson (I know his brother is coming, but I don’t
know where his minutes come from next year)
-Dante (health, g-league?)

So we probably should prepare to meet a whole new team again next year...

Starting 5:
PG: grad transfer/Terry
SG: Richardson
SF/3G: any of the above if they return/grad transfer
PF: Bittle
C: Kepnang/Dante?

And then there’s always Wor and Sabrina’s brother...

Omoruyi seems to have been trying to play on the perimeter more than when he was at Rutgers, and with more depth in the post next year, he would have more opportunity to develop those skills, as well as being the team leader and probably the leading scorer. That seems like a good reason to come back. I doubt that he will though. The dude has been in school a long time, and he would turn 25 during the season next year.

I think they'll get most everyone back besides Omoruyi, Duarte, and Figueroa. Hardy may want to come back, especially if they can get his brother up here. Lawson will likely want to play with his brother Jonathan next year so he's staying. Dante needs to prove he can stay healthy so I could see him return. Williams sounds like he's leaning towards returning, as does Richardson and Terry. I could easily see Estrada and/or Wur leave for more playing time. That means Oregon will have around 6-8 new players next season. They need to hit the transfer market hard for some guards/wings who can shoot and score, which there may be plenty of with how many players are going to be in the transfer portal this off-season.

Why would Williams go pro? He's a junior and has a lot left to show. He'll be one of the best players on our team next year too.

Agreed, unless you've graduated and are tired of college basketball like Omoruyi or struggling with grades, trying to go pro overseas rather than taking advantage of another year of eligibility in the NCAA seems foolish.

If Williams comes back and takes a step to make him and Richardson a formidable 1-2 punch in the backcourt, this team will easily be in the sweet 16 again. If he comes back and plays the same, we're going to need to get some help in the portal.

Issac Johnson should be enrolled next year also, after his mission. And everyone is saying little Lawson is the best of the brothers. We will be young, but the 3-5 should be stacked.
