Well if anyone is still around to follow duck basebll, we only have 5 games left in the year.

2 vs OSU and 3 vs Arizona

I would just like to see these guys play well this weekend just to build something going into the off season. Any chances we can win the weekend series with UA?

lost 2-0 today. Let's hope we can get some bats in this line up for next year!

We couldn't finish on a good note. Let's hope this team is better next year. They actually started out playing decent ball this season, but then really faded.

Pretty bad season. I was expecting about twice the amount of pac-10 wins we ended up with.

Ugh-ly... I would have been happier, had the Duck's kept more of the games competitive, even if they lost.

3-2 is one thing, but they got blown out in way more games than I expected.

First year was rough! Horton definitely has his work cut out for him!

Go Ducks!

A first year team in the best college baseball conference in the country. Anyone who expected anything other than this was certainly aiming quote high. This is right about where we should be.

Like I said, I didn't expect huge numbers of wins... I would have liked to see less blow-outs at the end of the season, mainly as a sign of growth as a team.

A lot of it was very likely mental. It can be especially difficult for a coach to keep a young team motivated and focused when they are in a tail-spin and have never been in the situation before.

I expect to see some marked improvement over the next couple of seasons.

Horton and his staff are going to be working extra hard to make sure this gets moving in the right direction ASAP.
