i very rarely call for a sweep, but i really do think the ducks need to take 3 from wazzu this weekend. cougs are 7-15, and 2-7 on the road. we've lost a few games this year we really shouldn't have and i don't believe we can afford to mess around a whole lot more. a sweep would also get our conference record back up to .500.
the good news is that our RPI remains strong at #22, second highest in the pac-12 behind #1 stanford.

Oregon drops today's game 7-0 after getting no-hit by the Cougs. Not a good performance.

really hoping for the sweep, but this team went above and beyond to prove how bad they play on sundays.
in conference, against friday starters: 3-1, offense averages 6 runs per game.
in conference, against sunday starters: 0-4, offense averages 1 run per game.
