Can't believe we won, and with offensive firepower too.

same. i figured if we won, it’d be a 2-1 yovan gem. tell me pregame that he would only pitch two innings and i would have expected a beat down. we just clobbered the friday staff for a team that has made three consecutive trips to Omaha.

Well that's a good way to start the season, I didn't listen to the entire game but was the annoying Horton small ball thrown out the window today?

I don't remember a single bunt but I believe Oregon did steal 7 bases on 8 attempts so they were being aggressive. It was mainly just them stringing together singles and doubles in a timely manner.

What a rough start for Texas Tech. They just spotted Nelson an 8-run lead to work with.

If you like a good pitcher's duel you will not like this game.

Oregon goes up 8-3 after an hour long first inning and starts off the 2nd inning with a home run to go 9-3. I like this thing new thing with Oregon baseball called offense!

Campbell gets his first career hit with a HR to lead off the T2. 9-3 Oregon.

I thought this was going to be an easy win for Oregon after the 8-0 start but it's 9-7 after 2, Nelson is having an awful game so far.

Ok who are these guys in the Oregon uniforms and where is our team that usually has anemic offense?

Oregon drops the game 12-11 after TTU was able to score 5 runs in the final few innings. Oregon issued around 10 walks, which is way too much. They also need to get their starters to last more than 3-4 innings.

Yeah that’s an epic collapse by Oregon, a Horton special, just in a new way.
