A win over a top 10 team moved Oregon softball up in the polls.
The Ducks (7-2) are No. 17 with 242 points in this week’s NFCA poll and the same spot with 144 points in this week’s USA Softball poll, up from No. 19 with 194 points and No. 22 with 72 points, respectively, last week.

Texas lost to LSU, did they not?

Our hard working Duck team appears to be maybe 1 or 2 players short of darn good, and that's hugely impressive, given the office season drama.

STAY HUNGRY, LADIES! :-)

Exactly! If the ladies in limbo decided to stay instead of adding to the drama, this actually would be a pretty good team

Absolutely. Softball can be a cruel game, The two 1 run L's, that easily could have been W's, moves the Ducks even higher in the polls. But, instead they both end up L's, and the Auburn game just got away from the Ducks. All in all probably not the worst thing that the rest of the games were cancelled. Get home and get ready for the Home Opener.
