First game tomorrow, this is another good test. Different time zone.
Anyone who follows college baseball know how good Hawaii usually is?

They seem to be about a .500 ballclub with a couple good seasons in the last decade. Last year they were 29-31 overall and 18-14 in the WAC.UOducksTK1 wrote:First game tomorrow, this is another good test. Different time zone.

3-1 or 4-0 against Hawaii then would be awesome. 2-2 would be solid. IMO 1-3 or less is a disappointment.greenyellow wrote:They seem to be about a .500 ballclub with a couple good seasons in the last decade. When: 8:30 tonight and Friday, 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Where: Les Murakami Stadium (4,312), Honolulu
Records: Oregon (3-1), Hawaii (1-3)
On the air: Radio on KCMD (970 AM) on Friday and KXTG (95.5 FM) on Sunday; no radio today or Saturday. Live streaming video available at uhstreaming.oceanic.com.
The lowdown: Oregon closer Drew Gagnier played at Hawaii during his freshman year at Fresno State. "I've been on this same exact same trip my freshman year. It can definitely turn into a distraction being in Hawaii, but I think this team's motivated enough to realize that this a business trip and we have four games to play and win."
I tried the video link but couldn't find anything with Hawaii baseball. Maybe it will be available at gametime?

They should have the game streaming by gametime. I'm really looking forward to watching em. I got to watch the game against CSF but listened to the rest.
EDIT: You actually have to pay $6.28 to watch it.

Man, Tyler's got 7 of the 8 outs so far via K, but the 5 BBs hurt his cause

Re: Oregon @ Hawaii (4 Game Series)
Tyler tends to be like this. Gets Ks like crazy but if he doesn't strike the guy out, he's walking him or giving up a big hit. Once he gets some consistency he will be shut down.
