I think the ducks are capable of winning this series. UCLA is next, which makes this series even more important.

stanford was beaten soundly by st mary's this week so I will be dissapointed if we don't win this series

Stanford is struggling with the bats right now (which plays into our strength, pitching) but the Trees ARE a very good team. I know a lot of people are hoping for series win/sweep (as am I), but don't be too upset if the Cardinal storm back and win both sides of the double header tonight. Stanford's played a very, very difficult schedule so far so their W/L isn't impressive, but that aren't short on talent...
That said, here's hoping LaTempa and Kuedall blow the doors off 'em today.
