All the publications and even the release from the University says KUIK 1360 in Portland, but it sounds like they are doing it on a delay. What a bunch of crap.

Impresessed that a raw team which had not played together in a game situation did so well. Luckily Baseball is a bit more forgiving of a sport in that regard. Good start to the return of baseball here.

Let's hope thats the first of many. I'm happy they got the W right off the bat. I had a feeling if they drop a couple it could put us in a "what were we thinking" state of mind....Then end up winless like the basketball team.
Anderson got out of the first inning and put a game together for the history books. I was very happy with the bullpen....to me that was one of my biggest concerns.
I cant wait to sit down and listen to another game this weekend.

GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!! I know it's only St. Mary's but I will take it. We have a better record than the Beavs..........lol. It won't last long but I can flame right now!!!

It was a beautiful day...Ducks fan flocked in droves to help set a new St Mary's attendance record, the sun came out, and the kids played pretty well. After our boys settled down, and plaed solid baseball..turning three dp's including one to end the game. The bullpen was pretty solid....and of course the brand new uni's and batting helmets looked pretty sweet! I have been to more ducks football games than I can count, but this was a pretty cool experience......it was fun to be able to be so close to the action. while all of em looked like freshfaced highschool kids, I think they are gonna be a fun team to watch this spring.......if i can get up early enough tomorrow I'll be at game 2! GO DUCKS!
