I'm not a Colorado fan, nor am I familiar with their farm system; but for a comparison, Trevor Bauer, Arizona's #3 overall pick, is rumored to potentially be brought up in September, assuming he signs quickly and can get 2-3 good months in the minors. Danny Hultzen, Seattle's #2 overall pick, will spend all of 2011 in high single A (most likely), should start next year in AA Jackson, and if things go well, will end the year in AAA Tacoma. He'll potentially join the big league rotation in 2013 -- and Hultzen was considered the most polished/one of the most ML-ready prospects in the Draft.

There's exceptions to every rule, but I'd be surprised if we saw Anderson in the Show before mid-2013. Anything before the beginning of 2013 would be downright unheard of.
