tessar goes the distance, allowing no runs, 4 hits (only 1 the last 8 innings!), and two walks. best start of his young career, by far. and uconn can certainly hit; their bats looked very dangerous in wins over oklahoma and oregon state.

nice to get the split! 12-3, going into conference play next weekend @ washington.

I'm very impressed with the pitching staff and even the offense during the non conference schedule. Time to keep it up during conference play!

Solid weekend. 2 one-run losses kinda stinks, but we won a lot of close games during our 10-game winning streak, so can't complain.
