Thank you, it was slightly rough yesterday (minor flooding). Everything looks good now.

And we learn a bit more from the mysterious Bravehart ;) In all seriousness though hope all is well and this turns out to be nothing but a tropical storm

Thank you, everything is good. I live in a community that was built with hurricane prevention stuff all around. The flooding didn't reach any of the houses (just a couple inches into the street). Dunno how some of the older areas held up since I stayed at home. I didn't have to go to work, so I welcome the storm (to a certain degree :D ).

Rumor yesterday was that the Nichols State team may not make it to CornValet for the game, due to Isaac.

I'm good for those who were wondering :D

The storm decided to sit on top of us forever and my parish is 60% in the dark but we are doing a lot better than my friends in Laplace, 6 neighborhoods flooded...like Katrina flooded :(

I was wondering about you Bud. Good to hear from you. I read somewhere that they were worried about the levees breaking. Not good.

Yeah, Slidell is on edge right now hoping the levees hold. I live a little north of Baton Rouge, and even though I am on the river my town is built on a ridge line so I never have to worry about flooding.

I'm just hopping that I have lights to watch some football tonight.
