Wish Kuemper the best, but this is great news for Oregon. Opens up another scholarship. Would be amazing if Oregon can add both Tarik Black and Mike Moser. Also means that Fred Richardson will likely remain at Oregon.

Yeah this is definitely great news for Oregon. Kuemper was never going to play, we needed the extra slot.

This may be why Oregon has been pursuing both of them. Altman really has had a lot of players transfer from his past couple of recruiting classes with the 2011 class now having all transferred out or finished their eligibility.
