Sark Leaving Bama
Supposedly taking the OC position in Atlanta that Chip had been rumored to be a candidate for.

I seriously doubt that would work. Two personalities like that would not work well together.duckfan22 wrote:lets see getting yelled at by Saban or making more money in the nfl..

Helfs name has been mentioned by Feldman...I seriously doubt that will happen either.

Media outlets reporting that Sark is going to Atl as the OC
Appears that he will be the new OC for the Falcons. So much for Chip getting that job.

Imagine if Helf gets hired by Saban.. In reality he ends up with Tua, Mayden, and Nigel Knott..... The circle is finally complete...

How many assistants has Alabama lost now this off-season? 4? 5?

The ridiculous Helf narrative continues. The truth is, the country better hope Saban doesn't hire him. Helf's offense combined with that defense and those recruits? Yikes.

If Helfrich gets that job their offense will be much better then what Kitten or Sark could do no question.Phalanx wrote:The ridiculous Helf narrative continues. The truth is, the country better hope Saban doesn't hire him. Helf's offense combined with that defense and those recruits? Yikes.

Re: Sark Leaving Bama
Would be very surprising for Saban to hire someone with no play calling experience. Seems like Helf would be a better option.karlhungis wrote:That would chap my ass.EncinitasDuck wrote:Also threw Cristobal's name into the mix.ttrag2418 wrote:Bruce Feldman is reporting that Chip and Helf are possibilities to replace Sark at Bama.

Re: Sark Leaving Bama
It's pretty amazing how they can be so successful while recycling through assistants that much. A good head coach and good recruiting really is all that matters.greenyellow wrote:How many assistants has Alabama lost now this off-season? 4? 5?

Chip will take the job only if he is allowed to completely overhaul the roster.
