that trade was rejected because Grizz had too many outgoing players to work under the trade rules.UOducksTK1 wrote:I'm confused didn't you just trade Noel?

I understand, but usually when there's only a small thing holding up an agreed to trade,w usually those two GMs try to work it out. If it was veto'd, that's a different story.Cellar-door wrote:that trade was rejected because Grizz had too many outgoing players to work under the trade rules.UOducksTK1 wrote:I'm confused didn't you just trade Noel?

Re: Suns/Grizzlies
Since the start of the season the Griz have turned Aldridge, Noel and Clarkson into Griffin and Leuer in trades. Not pretty. Luckily they picked up Kawhi & Joesph in FA and Fournier in the draft to help balance that some.
Looks like the Suns might be retooling with this trade and pick up two nice young pieces and also some futures.
I could see this helping both teams

Re: Suns/Grizzlies
Decent value for Griffin, but the Suns are taking a hefty step back from contention. At some point you need to go all in.
