Week 3 of ho hum pre season. I still have concerns about going against Stanford. Not seeing anything yet to suggest we will win that game.

Didn't WSU shut them out yesterday? It will be interesting to see if we are able to keep them out of the endzone.

Really can't say because we've played two patsies.

It could be like last year, looking good against crap teams and being utterly exposed by anyone with a pulse.

But I think this team has shown more discipline, more desire, and better coaching already

To add to that, Stanford hasn't exactly looked like a world beater so far.

But they've played much better competition than Oregon has so far. They get a cupcake in UC-Davis this upcoming weekend so we'll likely see how powerful they are against a vastly inferior opponent.

This game won't really reveal much more than we know.

I hope to see the offense look unstoppable in the first half

I hope to see the defense look impenetrable

No injuries and get reps for the youngbloods

Are we sure SJSU is really that good? They did trail UC Davis to start the 4th 14-13. I'd bet BG could do just as good vs Davis.

Huh? From what I could find, UC Davis was leading SJSU 37-31 entering the 4th quarter and ended up beating the Spartans 44-38.

This is actually a fun week for me. My co-worker played for San Jose State before playing for Dallas. Been a little smack talk back and forth.
