We could get spanked. Houston is looking good and has 3 really good players. They are playing their first game ever in their brand new stadium.
If we don't bring our A game, we are losing. Pretty simple.

If Wooten plays it should be a close game. Teams are still going to struggle to score on us with him or Bol always out there.

Wooten being reported as good to go.
King 7-10 days until next evaluation after he has begun participation in "team activities" but not practice.

Altman has noted Oregon’s lack of physicality throughout the season and that became more clear when the 6-foot-9, 235-pound Wooten was sidelined against the Tigers.
Houston’s leading rebounder is 6-8, 260-pounder Breaon Brady with 6.8 per game while 6-5, 230-pound Cedric Alley Jr. averages 5.4 rebounds.
“They are a very physical team,” Altman said. “They have seen the film so they know we haven’t hit anybody. They have seen that and will try to be real physical.”

I haven’t said this this season yet but I really don’t like Altman starting Pritchard and Amin together. He should be starting Richardson IMO cause until King comes back he’s the only guy capable of creating his own shot from the perimeter. Pritchard has been very good this season but he isn’t capable of creating his shot a lot of the time and having someone like Richardson on the floor with him will take the pressure off Pritchard and make it easier. I know Richardson is young and has a lot to learn but at this point gotta throw him in there cause the ducks need his playmaking potential with King out.

Oregon looks terrible, this may be a very long season.

Richardson is still sort of on a minutes restriction so he doesn't reinjure his foot so that's likely why he's not starting yet.

Gotcha, thanks for clarifying.greenyellow wrote:Richardson is still sort of on a minutes restriction so he doesn't reinjure his foot so that's likely why he's not starting yet.
This basketball team reminds me of the football team in that there is no emotional leadership. Just no drive with this team.

Watching Wooten and Bol Bol get out rebounded. Bol jest gets punched anywhere they want him. He will get killed in the NBA

This is embarrassing. If this team doesn’t improve then I wonder if Altman’s seat warms up. This team looks like they’ve never played basketball before on either side of the court. Very disappointed in this team in all facets.
