On the show Fowler told Phil Knight thanks for the shoes he gave them. And I read elsewhere that Des was excited to get a unique pair of kicks. And Corso and Herbstreit said add that to the list of reasons why they like coming to Eugene.

Man, I was so pissed when they stopped making the Oregon Air Bruins that you could customize. I had just scrounged up enough money for them and they discontinued!

You mean these?!? I designed these a few years ago, I had them stitch GO on the back of the left shoe and DUCKS on the back of the right... sweet. My brother works for Nike, needless to say I got a screaming deal on them...



Anyone can design their own shoe on Nike's ID web site... click the link, choose on a shoe you want to customize, and then click the "start blank" and go to work! I made the shoes below in about 3 minutes each... I kinda like the first one, I might have to pull the trigger on those!!
