Former Arizona assistant Emanuel "Book" Richardson was heard on a recording telling agent Christian Dawkins that coach Sean Miller was paying eventual No. 1 NBA draft pick Deandre Ayton $10,000 a month to play for the Wildcats.
Federal prosecutors played the taped phone call, intercepted by wiretaps, before a jury on Wednesday as part of the ongoing trial into college basketball corruption.

I have a good friend who works in the Zona athletic dept. When this broke, he joked about it over text, which was surprising because when the initial revelations hit, everyone there acted like they were all going to be fired. Now, it's just another day. I found that interesting.
