2022 Breakout player?
Things are a bit dead here….so wanted to see who everyone thinks has a chance to be the surprise star this year.
My vote is Bradyn Swinson. Dude was a beast at times last year and is only gonna thrive more in Lanning’s system

Re: 2022 Breakout player?
Offense: Bo Nix
I think he'll thrive in Dillingham's offense. If they can keep him in the pocket 10% more of the time rather than taking off and running, which I think is very possible due to the experience on the O-Line, then he should be able to have a breakout year. Especially vs Pac-12 defenses rather than those in the SEC every week.
Defense: Bennett Williams/Brandon Dorlus
Williams was a beast last year before getting injured and I think Dorlus will have a breakout year with KT gone.

Thornton
Predator. He finally is in a system that will use his talents right.

Re: 2022 Breakout player?
I really wanted to say a WR, but I actually expect 4-5 guys to get 30+ catches (Thornton, Franklin, Huston, Cota, Seven & maybe Crocker)
Offense: Byron Cardwell
Defense: Christian Gonzalez
I think we rotate the RB a lot but Cardwell still eclipses 1000 yards. For defense, Gonzalez is our clear #1 CB and will be lockdown by years end.

Oh man. If there is one player I don’t want to see play another down, it’s Cam. Not because he can’t, but I don’t want to see him hurt again.

Justin Flowe. IF he can stay healthy.
