Caleb Williams NFL Combine

Post by 5$ »

I don't keep a deep eye on pre-draft stuff so I am curious to their accuracy but I keep seeing memes on social media about like:
1: Caleb Williams won't throw at the combine
2: Caleb Williams won't submit to a physical or release his health records to teams
3: See meme:

I heard on ESPN that he was only doing workouts, physicals, etc for teams who actually have a chance to draft him. He doesn't want to do it for everyone. I don't know why.

His Dad could end up causing him problems if he doesn't be quiet. Teams don't like vocal, opinionated relatives, friends, etc posting negative stuff in the media.

I think the bigger issue is he may not be a good NFL quarterback....

That's a smart move, because trades NEVER happen in the NFL draft.

The kid really is a special talent, but who would want to deal with that headache? Doesn’t seem worth it to me.

Honestly, I don't see him as being a savior for the Bears. They still need help on the O-Line, another WR, TE and help on defense.

They may be saving money on him now, but they still have a LOT of gaps to fill.

This, dont draft a qb until you have the O line dealt with, otherwise you leave him to be eaten up an spit out
